Each client will need to fill out and sign a Release of Liability, Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Dangers, Risks, and Hazards form before participating in the hunt. Below is a rough layout of our policy form for you to view. Please make note that any changes to this agreement is at the discretion of Riverview and Bow Safari. Feel free to ask any questions concerning this agreement and enjoy your hunt.

Riverview and Bow Safari "Ranch" assumes no responsibility for any act and/or omission which may cause damage to any person or an animal resulting from or in any way connected with the event, including traveling to or from, or while participating in the events. This is sufficient warning that dangerous conditions, risks, and hazards do exist. Your presence and activities on the "Ranch" expose both you and your property to dangerous conditions, risks and hazards, including but not limited to: poisonous snakes, insects, and spiders, blinds and tree stands, whether or not erected by the "Ranch"; erosions and general condition of the land, both on and off roadways or senderos, creating rough, hazardous and dangerous driving and walking conditions; animals both wild and domestic that may be diseased and/or potentially dangerous; deep water, a person with firearms both on or off the "Ranch" and the use of vehicles or recreational vehicles, including boats.

In consideration for the right to enter the "Ranch", You will release and agree to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the "Ranch" and his/her respective agents, employees, and assign from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action and damages, by or on the behalf of the undersigned, including attorney's fees, resulting from any accident, incident or occurrence arising out of incidental to or or in any way to all improvement thereon, whether or not caused by the Owner's/Lessors negligence or gross negligence. This release applies during the time that you are on owned/leased premises. As before mentioned this is a rough layout of the agreement that will need to be signed before hunting on the "Ranch". In addition, the undersigned and his/her party will need to approve the use of photos taken while on the "Ranch" for our advertising and promotional benefit. This release covers all damages whether or not contemplated at the present time and includes undeveloped and unknown at the present time, as well as those not known.

Further more, any blood drawn on an animal that is not found is still considered a kill.
A tracking dog will be available on premisis to track animals if needed.
